At last, here is a quick recap of our Thanksgiving Las Vegas trip. We stayed at Wynn and Cosmopolitan.
We had a newly remodeled room on the Wynn side of the resort, which was very nice.
We took an Uber down to Fremont street as some friends were in Vegas for vacation as well.
We all decided on dinner at the Chart House at the Golden Nugget. It was very good as always. Prime rib.

Shaggy was playing a free show on Fremont Street!
After dinner and watching Shaggy for a bit, we need up at Downtown Grand and played craps for the rest of the evening. I finished up $4, which I left as a tip. Not a bad run for a few hours of play.
On Thursday, we had breakfast at Terrace Point Cafe at the Wynn. Excellent! Power Rancheros above.

Went back downtown to hang with our pals until they had to head out to the airport. Played a few slots here and there.
John and I had dinner at Nobu at Paris. We played some video poker before our reservation.
We did the Omakase tasting menu, which cost $175 each at the time. We both had the $100 Caesars Diamond celebration credit to offset the cost a bit. First course was shrimp salad.
chef's sahimi assortment
rock shrimp tempura
black cod with miso
beef tenderloin
whisky cappuccino. Overall the tasting menu was very delicious and enjoyable.
Friday we had breakfast at Jardin At Wynn. Breakfast tacos above.
Huevos Rotos for me
Played a few slots at Wynn after breakfast.
In the afternoon, we headed downtown to El Cortez to meet up with my pal Deanna. We played Video poker for awhile and then headed to 8 East at Circa for a late lunch/happy hour meal.
I think John and I headed back to the strip and ended up playing video poker at Resorts World for the evening.
Seating for Formula one race was still up
Saturday morning, we haded downtown for breakfast at Magnolia's Cafe at Four Queens. Forgot to take photos, but we've been plenty of times before.
We went to Mirage for a slot tournament and John actually placed and got a bunch of free play the next day. After the tournament we ate at Diablo's Cantina.
Nice Wheel of Fortune win at Mirage!
We finally made it to a Golden Knights hockey game.
There is a rather elaborate show before the game itself starts.
I'm not sure were we had breakfast on Sunday. Possibly the Wynn buffet, but I am not sure
On Sunday, we moved over to the Cosmo. The rooms are really showing a lot of wear and tear and have some cleanliness issues, mainly in the bathroom.

Deanna and I did the tasting menu at China Poblano after playing video poker at Chandelier bar before dinner.
Monday morning John and I took the rental car to a newer place called Morning News for breakfast.
Sandwich was called Shelly Yoko
I had a sushi snack at Proper Eats food hall at Aria
We met a friend for drinks at Clique Bar at Cosmo and watched the Vikings game.
Dinner was at Blue Ribbon at the bar, I believe.
Our final breakfast was at The Henry at Cosmo before heading to the airport.

This trip had us meeting up with a lot of friends from far and wide, which made it a very fun trip overall. Flights were on Delta as usual, and uneventful, which is a good thing.
