Pig & Fiddle

I visited Pig sand Fiddle with a couple friends recently for dinner. We chose it for the food and location. Tara had been previously and wanted to go back. I had been one other time for drinks only. It has a pleasant pub-like atmosphere with lots of dark wood and a large bar as you enter.

We started with the grilled veggie flat bread to share. It was topped with herb crust, apricot cherry mustard, smoked gouda bechamel, spinach, charred shishito pepper, feta. It was very flavorful and we all enjoyed it a lot.
I had the Sloppy pig sandwich which was topped with smoked apply and pickled celery slaw. The pork was tender but very bland and the slaw did not do much to add flavor. The chips are house made, but they tasted like your average kettle chips. I am not sure I would order this again.
Cheryl also had the Sloppy pig sandwich with Korma soup on the side.
Tara had the curried cauliflower korma soup with chicken, cilantro and toasted almonds. Tara had this before and was excited to come back and have it again. She said it was excellent. She also had the vegetable risotto. She said that was good, but the soup was much better.

We found the service to be quite good and she check back with us as needed. We were there fairly early, so we were seated right away, though it was getting busier as we were leaving.

Deals & Discounts: Happy hour is available 3-6pm Monday-Friday with food and drink specials.
