Toma Mojo Grill

Toma Mojo Grill is a new quick service spot over by Ridgedale in Minnetonka. We stopped in on a Saturday afternoon for lunch while running errands in the area. 

It isa quick service style restaurant and you simply order at the counter, are given a number and the food is brought out when it is ready. There's a good sized dining area if you wish to dine there. 

John had the garlic chicken and hummus bowl with garlic chicken, tomato cucumber salad, arugula, corn, and hummus on a bed of herb rice with red mojo. It's a healthier option and John said the mojo sauce was zippy and tasty. 

I had the Toma original chicken sandwich that is topped with chicken breast, lettuce, tomato, onion, creamy herb aioli and green mojo. The sandwich was sizable and had a lot of fillings. I didn't get was much flavor from the sauces as I'd hoped. I'd maybe ask for extra sauces next time. The fires were hot and fresh and I really liked the brava sauce to dip them in. It had a lot of flavor and was not spicy. 

The menu had a rather wide variety of meats, serving formats (bowls, sandwiches, salads, etc.) sauces and sides, so it will take a number of visits to find our favorites. It would maybe be helpful if they provided more descriptions on the menu about the sauces. I look forward to returning since it's a convenient location with a variety of menu options.
