The carry out quests continue. In all of the years I've been living in the Twin Cities I don't think I've ever been to Kramarczuk's. We ordered online and picked it up for lunch one afternoon. Once John figured out where the pickup counter was, the pickup process was simple. Also, pandemic parking in Northeast is a breeze. Street parking was wide open.
We both had the grinder sandwich. It was a ginormous sandwich with crusty french bread and tons of fresh meats and vegetables stuffed inside. This was easily two meals for me.I've been sampling desserts quite a bit lately. Why not, right? This is the chocolate torte cake. It was fresh, delicious and not overly sweet.
The paprika garlic chips were quite good. They tasted fresh and homemade. Highly recommend.
I think the moral of this post is that we should really visit Kramarczuk's more often. This was just a small order, but clearly they have many delicious foods available since they have a deli, bakery, meat market and restaurant and have been around for over 70 years.
